Overview

Connecting to the Adyen payment gateway allows you to accept credit card payments in ChargeOver.

How to Connect

Steps to connect Adyen and ChargeOver together are below!

In Adyen

Grab these credentials from Adyen.

  • Username
  • Password
  • Merchant Account
  • Live/Custom Domain
  • Public Key for CSE

You will have been provided an Adyen username and password set up via email when you signed up for your Adyen account.

  1. Go to Settings then Users

  1. Click on the Company Account (at the top of the list)

This will bring you to a page with all the information you need.

  1. Your company Username and Password is located under the User Account Details heading
  • You will find your Public Key for CSE under Easy Encryption

  • You will find your Merchant ID under Roles & Associated Accounts then Accounts

Once you have all the required items, go back to ChargeOver.

In ChargeOver

  1. Go to Settings then Payment Methods
  2. Click Add or Configure a Payment Method or Merchant Account
  3. Select Adyen from the options
  4. Enter in the required information
  5. Scroll to the next section and designate which payment types you accept (Visa, Mastercard, ACH, etc.)
  6. Click Save Settings when finished
