Midigator

Overview​

Midigator is a great tool that allows you to better manage your chargebacks. ChargeOver automatically communicates with Midigator to prevent chargebacks and provide data to Midigator's control panel to facilitate fighting any chargebacks you do receive.

Steps to Connect​

  1. Head over to your ChargeOver settings by clicking the Gear Icon in the top right corner
  2. From the left menu, click Integrations and then More Integrations
  3. Using either the search bar or by scrolling, locate the Midigator card and select Get Started
  4. Enter your email address and your API Secret Key from Midigator. The secret key was provided to you by Midigator when you first setup an account with them. If you don't have that key, reach out to Midigator support and they can assist
  5. For each of your active payment gateways, enter the Merchant ID created during your on-boarding process with Midigator
  6. Lastly, make sure to hit Save once you've got everything entered

Once you've hit save, you'll be successfully connected to Midigator and on your way to better managing your chargebacks!
