Product MRR Drilldown Report
Overview
The Product MRR Drilldown report allows you to see a breakdown of how individual products contributed towards your Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for a given month.
This report further breaks down the product MRR by showing the contributing invoice lines with their associated subscriptions, invoices, customers, and other related data.
Where is this report?
- Find your Report Center tab and click into it
- The Product MRR Detailed Drilldown report can be found under the Subscriptions & MRR heading
How to read the report
First, select a month from the "MRR for month" dropdown, select any currency you'd like to filter by, and click
The report will then generate a list of invoice line items that affected MRR for the selected month, grouped by product and currency.

- Subscription number
- Subscription created date
- Subscription cancelled on date
- Subscription custom fields
- Product type
- Product is metered?
- This month's MRR
- Month the MRR was recognized
- Product number
- Product name
