The Customers Without a Credit Card/ACH Account report lists all customers who do not have a credit card or ACH account associated with them.

This report is useful for seeing which customers are paying through manual payments. For example, cash, offline credit card or check. And who you do not have payment method information for.

Use the available columns to read the report.

  • Customer name
  • Email of customer
  • Phone of customer
  • Current balance of customer
