Global Audit Log Report

Overview

The Global Audit Log report shows all actions that have occurred in ChargeOver, who carried out those actions, and when they occurred. For example, you can see all the changes an admin made, changes a contact made, when subscriptions where updated, when invoices were created, etc., all in this one report.

Available columns

  • Revision number
  • Record Type of the changed object (customer, subscription, invoice, etc.)
  • Object ID associated with a changed object
  • Date & Time the action occurred
  • Note - what action took place
  • Admin First Name
  • Admin Last Name
  • First Name of the primary contact who made a change
  • Last Name of the primary contact who made changes
  • Customer name associated with the changed object

To use this report, choose which columns you'd like to see by selecting the Columns button. You can filter by columns as well, to get more specific data that you might be looking for.

More on the columns for Admin First Name and Admin Last Name

If there are no names listed for the Admin First Name and Admin Last Name columns, that means the action was not directly performed by an admin in ChargeOver. Instead, the action occurred via some other way or background process, such as REST API, integrations, scheduled processes, etc.

Find the report

  1. In the left side bar, go to the Report Center
  2. You will find the Global Audit Log report under the Logs section
