We have the ability to upload .csv spreadsheets into ChargeOver.

If you're tracking hours, minutes, gigabytes or other metered data in a spreadsheet, and need to turn that into invoices, ChargeOver can help with that via our usage upload tool.

Common use cases​

Unit pricing​

Your company charges customers $X dollars per unit every billing cycle. Your company charges $99 for every sale made.

Volume pricing​

Your company charges customers $X dollars every billing cycle, with different price levels depending on volume. For the first 100 units, your company charges $0.10 and every unit afterward is sold at $0.80.

Tiered pricing​

Your company charges $X dollars every billing cycle for the first batch of units, then $Y dollars per month for the next batch of units. For the first 10 units, your company charges $5 per unit. For units 11-20, your company charges $4 per unit. For units 21-30, your company charges $3 per unit.
