They were [acquired by NMI](https://www.nmi.com/resources/news/podcast-nmi-acquires-usaepay-to-optimize-sales-opportunities/) in 2021. ## How to Connect Steps to connect USAePay and ChargeOver together are below! ### In USAePay 1. Log into USAePay 2. Go to **Settings** 3. Go to **Source Keys** 4. Click the button to create a **New Source Key** 5. Enter in a name for the key (you can use **"ChargeOver"** for each reference) 6. Enter in your **Source Key** and **PIN** 4. Scroll to the next section and designate which payment types you accept (Visa, Mastercard, ACH, etc.) 5.
